Response Times
The demand for the services of HolidayTravelWatch remains strong! We receive many calls for assistance each day, some from abroad or those affected by travel crises. Because of the nature of the calls we receive, and in order to ensure that those in great need receive contact at the earliest, we reserve the right to prioritise your call; this issue is set out in our legal notice. Whilst we would always hope to call, e mail or write to you in the time frames stated below, we cannot guarantee that you will receive contact in these time periods. We do assure you however, that you will be contacted and we do appreciate your patience in that regard.
Calls
Currently, telephone calls are subject to prioritisation - those prioritised are receiving a response time of 24 to 72 hours - this is simply because there are some holidaymakers both at home and abroad who are experiencing extreme difficulties. If you are not subject to prioritisation, we WILL endeavour to return your call within as soon as possible. However, due to the nature of our service this may not always be possible. In any event, once you contact HolidayTravelWatch and provide an e mail address, you will receive a regular e mail advising of when we expect to call you. Whilst every effort will be made to comply with those periods, we reserve the right to prioritise all contacts, and will endeavour to contact you as quickly as possible. Please ensure that you place sufficient postage on your letter. HolidayTravelWatch will not pay for letters with insufficient postage.
We continue to receive a very high demand for our service. Currently, all post is being reviewed and dealt within 21+ days.
