Please ensure that you place sufficient postage on your letter. HolidayTravelWatch will not pay for letters with insufficient postage. Please ensure that if you send documents or photographs that they are copies and that you retain the originals. It is also important that you provide us with your contact telephone number, along with the best time(s) and day(s) when we may be able to call you.
We would also ask if you could ensure that when you post your letters or documents to us, that you put sufficient postage on the envelope. If the letter arrives without sufficient postage HolidayTravelWatch will not pay any surcharge. The Post Office will be asked to return it to you for your attention. This decision is regrettable, but it has been taken due to the growing number of letters being received without having been properly checked before posting. Your co-operation on this point will ensure that any enquiry reaches us without delay.

This line is very busy and when it is not answered, you will have the opportunity to leave a message. When you are asked to do so, please leave your name, contact telephone number (indicating the times that you will be available over the following 2 to 3 days), and a brief summary of the problem. Please note HolidayTravelWatch is experiencing a very high volume of calls at this time.
We will endeavour to return your call within 24 to 72 hours of your call. However, due to the nature of our service this may not always be possible. If there is a substantial delay, we will usually post a notice within this section of the website to advise you of call back periods. Currently calls are being prioritised and therefore you may not hear from us within the stated time period. We assure you that you will be contacted in due course. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

HTW has noted that amongst the submissions to the Committee on Toxicity (COT) it has been suggested that the symptoms highlighted by crew and passengers were akin to the condition of hyperventilation.
HTW has for many years received reports from concerned holiday makers or independent travellers as to the safety of their aircraft, ship or boat, train or road transport.
