Holidaymakers complained and alleged a lack of cleanliness, litter, concerns over food production (they offered examples of egg and chicken concerns), and they advised that they had suffered with sickness whilst staying at the hotel which in some cases continued upon their return to the UK and has apparently been diagnosed in one case as confirmed Cryptosporidium.
Holidaymakers are currently seeking to resolve their complaints; as we hear how they have fared we will report back in this section.

Past Alerts for the Hotel Thalassa
We have received contact from holidaymakers who advise that they experienced sickness during their stay and subsequently when they returned to the UK. They have expressed concern over the standard of food hygiene (pink chicken nuggets) and found that their complaints were not dealt with appropriately. These holidaymakers are currently receiving help and assistance to try and resolve their claims.
We received complaints from holidaymakers, back in June of 2013, about sickness. They contacted Holiday Travel Watch and we advised and put them in touch with a legal team.
