I have just found out that our booking has been changed. A group of us (3 families) are going to Turkey in June and we where all booked in to a resort (the booking was made a year ago) but [TOUR OPERATOR] no longer use this resort and moved us to another resort. Fine until we checked that my family still had a 2 bed apartment. It came to light that we actually had no apartment booked for us at the new resort who ever did the swap missed us out (human error). The company is now saying that 2 bed apartments are too expensive to put us in and that we can not all be in the same resort anyway. I would just like to know my rights on this matter as I feel it’s very unfair as it is a problem created by the travel company
