I have a complaint against a tour operator I used in the summer. Our return flight from our holiday left 4hrs earlier without my partner and I and nine other people. The tour opertor refuses liability stating that they have a booking regulation where if the flight change are 12 hrs or more they then have responsibility to tell their customes of the flight change. Is this an actual regulation? as I am wanting to take them to court for breach of contract. ABTA have offered no constructive advise.
UK tour operator fails to advise of major flight change causing the UK holidaymakers to miss their flight!Last updated 9 November 2009
