we booked a last min holiday 13 days b4 departure, and have found out that its al l stairs and no lift.i have just recovered from a broken leg and as u can imagine this will cause great difficulty.we asked the company to change hotels and they told us it would be a further 81 pounds sterling.this was paid and then we get an email stating it was only a room change but still the same complex.if this was the case we would of kept to the original plan.we have asked for a change of hotel again which will result in losing a further 800 pounds.is there any action we can take as we really have not been helped out at all and as a result are set to lose all our monies if we dont take this option.yet again as you can imagine i do not want to spend my holiday bound to my room all day for the duratyion
