UK Consumers concerned about serious reports of illness at a hotel in Mexico, where reports state the source is the swimming pool - concerns about the significant impact this will have on their disabled child and their holiday

I have booked a holiday to the [NAME OF HOTEL] in Mexico with my hus band and 2 children for a 3 week holiday, however i have been checking the [NAME OF TRAVEL REVIEW SITE] website and have found that there is a very bad sickness bug there at the moment and some people have needed hospital treatment, the people affected believe it is from the swimming pools. The tour operators are denying there is a problem. I wanted to know if I am legally entitled to change to another hotel and if so how I go about doing this. This is a big worry for me as my daughter is special needs and registered disabled and I dont want to risk her becoming ill, and keeping her out of the swimming pools for 3 weeks would be near impossible! I’d be very grateful for any advice you can give me.
