UK holidaymaker sent the wrong keys for villa and discovered promised facilities were not there or did not work - requesting information on their rights for pre-departure and arrival significant change rights

i have recently rented a villa advertised in [NAME OF ONLINE ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER] web site,the villa was described as an 5 bedroomed 4 bathroomed property.when we got there the keys we were sent did not open the door so we had to climb in through a open window and it had 4 bedrooms and only 2 bathrooms.we were promised sky or cable tv and a daily maid service none of witch appeared the hob on the cooker did not work when we complained to the local agent he promised to fix it we never soor him again.we paid for the hire of a mini bus to be collected from the airport on arrival but i as e mailed 2 hours before we left for the airport to be told that the agent could not locate the bus so e had to pay for 2 cars at the airport please advise if we have a case for compensation or a least get something done to ensure this does not happen to anyone eltse
