last week i booked aflight to Sydney on [NAME OF AIRLINE] airlines.I did this through [ONLINE TOUR OPERATOR].I received a letter from them on24 March..this stated that accommodation would be provided free by the airline in SeoulKorea on the inbound flight. On Saturday 28 march my agentb frrom [ONLINE TOUR OPERATOR] rang to say that [NAME OF AIRLINE] now wanted £70 for the accommodation .Is this a breach of contract on the airline’s part ?.It seems a rather shabby way of dealing with customers ? Please advise.
