We have booked a package holiday with [TOUR OPERATOR], all inclusive 2 adults @ £916, 2 children, (1 free child) @ £258.00 in a 4 bed appartment in Turkey to go 10 May 09. We have been charged £504.00 under occupancy fee when brochure said £77 p/w p/person. [TOUR OPERATOR] said to our travel agent that is the price and they can change brochure prices when necessary, only a guide line. We want to cancel, but will have to pay a non-refundable £421.00 by next week. How do we stand?
