Hi Can you please tell me what my rights are and if I should be asking for compensation and if so how much I should be asking for when writing a letter of complaint. When we booked the holiday to [RESORT] we were told the Beach Club would be available for our use. After paying they told us it would only open five days into our holiday, but when we arrived we were told that it would only open after we had left. Only apoligies were given and I did make a formal complaint whilst there. I now want to follow this up, but do not know my rights if any
