Major flight itinerary changes - failure by UK tour operator to advise of change and offer full Consumer Rights

We recently booked a cruise through [NAME OF TOUR OPERATOR] Uk. When we received our statement/Itinery. We noticed we had 3 more flights than had been mentioned in the original booking. No one told us and I am a poor flyer so I would have not chosen this particular cruise if I had known about this. Can they do this after the booking has been made and do we have to go ahead with the cruise?
