Major flight and cruise itinerary changes given to UK holidaymaker

Please could you provide some advice?   I have booked a holiday, advertised, and agreed at the time of the telephone booking, as an 8 night holiday, including an overnight flight and a 7 night cruise. The confirmation that arrived had no flight times on it ,and after numerous phone calls and e-mails I was eventually given flight times by e-mail. The departure day had been changed to the following day,and the flight
times altered, with no overnight flight, very tight timing resulting in a shortened cruise, with only 5 nights aboard the ship. I am having great difficulty in contacting the After Sales Team, and despite my protests that this is not acceptable, and not the holiday I purchased, I am getting no response to the problem. What can I do ?
