We have recently booked a holiday to Zante, [NUMBER], through [TOUR OPERATOR] websi te and traveling in two weeks time. The travel documents arrived on Monday and they are incorrect. Our flight leaves Newcastle airport at 23.59 on Sunday 10th May, therefore we don’t arrive to Zante until breakfast time, to the hotel probably about lunch time on the Monday 11th May. Our first night in the hotel is Monday 11th May, our last night should be Sunday 17th May, 7 nights total. Our travel documents say our first night is the Sunday night which is incorrect as we are not there at this time and this would leave us 18 hours at the end or our holiday until the flight home at 06.00 on the 18th May with nowhere to stay. No body will answer the phone at [TOUR OPERATOR] or reply to faxes. I’ve eventually had a reply to an e-mail but it just said that the e-mail address didnt match the one I had booked the holiday with although it did. Please help as we are worried we will be stuck and that we have paid for 7 nights but due to a mistake at [TOUR OPERATOR] we are going to have to pay for 8 nights.
