My daughter and friends recently booked a package holiday through [NAME OF TOUR OPERATOR](part of [NAME] group) but yesterdat (4 days b efore they are due to travel) they were informed the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate them. [NAME OF TOUR OPERATOR] have found them another hotel but at an additional cost of £200. Should it be the responsibility of [NAME OF TOUR OPERATOR] to pay this additional amount under the Packaged Travel Arrangments section 13?
