My son flew to turkey this morning on arriving at the hotel it had been closed for 3 weeks he found a temporary accomidation at another hotel the travel agents then contacted him and sent him to another complex this is of a much lower standard and is not what he was told he would receive. Can he cancel his second week and get his money back.
