I HAVE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY HAVE BEEN VERY UNHELPFUL.MY HOLIDAY WAS CANCELLED ONLY 3HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FOR THE AIRPORT,ONLY ONE ALTERNATIVE OFFERED IN DIFFERENT RESORT AND LOCATION .TRANSFERS WERE NOT CHANGED EVEN FOR RETURN JOURNEY. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP AND ADVICE YO CAN GIVE REGARDING THIS DISTASTEROUS HOLIDAY.
