UK Tour Operator failing to acknowledge a significant change to conditions at hotel in Sarigerme, Turkey

Following on from my numerous emails and telephone calls, this email is to notify you that I have lawyers looking at this instance for me re: [NAME OF HOTEL] Sarigerme pre travel for the 14th Sep 2009 I have politely asked you to refund my money as the holiday certainly does not match what is stated in the brochure.  I have a duty of care for my daughter suffering from Cystic Fibrosis to keep her well to the best of my ability which i have frequently reminded you of, and also our wellbeing so we can care for her and not be ill. I am feeling seriously ill with the stress of the holiday booked which does not match what we believe you could offer us and the financial commitment.
