UK holidaymaker discovers before departure that hotel accommodation facilities in Orlando are failing - requesting information on significant change rights

booked a package of flights and a two-bedroomed apartment at the [NAME] on International Drive in Orlando. The holiday company is [NAME OF TOUR OPERATOR] and the Travel Agent is [NAME].
This morning I have had a converstaion with someone who has stayed at the [NAME OF APARTMENTS] recently and they informed me that the accommodation was dirty, damp and infested. A check on the [TRAVEL REVIEW WEBSITE] and [TRAVEL REVIEW WEBSITE] websites seems to confirm this opinion.  Obviously I would like to do something about this before we travel, i.e. change accommodation and was wondering if The Package Holiday Regulations 1992 would provide protection on the grounds that the brochure is inaccurate. If so, do I take my complaint up with my local [TRAVEL AGENT] shop or directly with [NAME OF TOUR OPERATOR]?
