I booked a holiday for myself and 4 friends, a couple of weeks before we were due to travel i recived a letter from the holiday company to say that the flight times to and from our destination had changed, we had also booked transfers to and from the hotel from the company and when we arrived to our holiday destination the transfer people were not aware that the flight details had changed, so were not expecting us for another couple of hours. So on our return, we had the same problem again, but only this time we missed our fluight home and had to pay another airline company to get us all home on a different flight and to a different airport, i have written to the holiday company and they recived the letter and responded by saying they had the letter and would deal with it and we would have a response within 28 days, that has now expired and they still have no answers. I just cant get any further with them
