booked holiday in bulgaria 26/06/09.recieved letter on 18/07/09 saying our hotel had been closed and giving us alternative accomodation. this hotel is different from the one booked in that it is a distance from the beach instead on being adjacent. they also failed to mention that all the entertainment was in [LANGUAGE NAME], for both these reasons we feel that the alternative offered is unacceptable. do we have a valid case- we ars being told that we will lose 80% of our money if we do cancel
