We had a recent holiday in Fuerteventura with [NAME OF TOUR OPERATOR]. When we landed on the island, the hotel we were staying in had been closed for at least two months, and we had nowhere to stay until a phone call to the UK told us that we had been booked into another hotel. So far [NAME OF TOUR OPERATOR]. have sent a cheque for £340, but no explanation or apology, and it seems impossible to phone them. Could you please advise?
